Boys’ basketball: Stanley Johnson is holding his own in Washington, D.C.

At the Nike Global Challenge in Washington, D.C., Stanley Johnson of Santa Ana Mater Dei helped the USA West team defeat USA East, 99-82. Johnson scored 22 points and had 10 rebounds.
Daniel Hamilton from St. John Bosco contributed 17 points.
Tide Osifeso, a guard from Rancho Cucamonga Los Osos, helped Pan-Africa defeat Brazil in overtime, 77-75. He scored nine points and had four rebounds. He had 10 points in a 98-91 loss to USA Midwest.
