Football: Cathedral is off to fast start in passing tourneys

L.A. Cathedral is showing off top passing league form, having won the Rancho Cucamonga seven on seven tournament on Saturday after winning at East L.A. College last week.
Returning quarterback MC Poe has been leading the Phantoms. Aaron Moore and Nicolas Godfrey have been his primary receivers.
On defense, cornerbacks Marshaun Cameron and Cameron Haney were “lock down all day,” Coach Kevin Person said of their Saturday performance.
Canyon Country Canyon won the Crescenta Valley tournament on Saturday, led by twins Liam and Izzy Cabrera.
