Football: Community mourns death of Downey’s Dodi Soza

The community of Downey is mourning the death of Dodi Soza, a football player at Downey who collapsed at a game on Thursday and died on Saturday, according to a report by KTLA.
The mayor of Downey, Mario A. Guerra, said in a Twitter posting, “Our community mourns the passing of one of own today. DHS football player Dodi Soza. Our broken hearts are with his family. God bless him.”
Soza collapsed during a game at Lynwood High on Thursday.
