Football: Jonathan Lockett leads Mater Dei to 21-7 halftime lead

Jonathan Lockett has caught six passes for 143 yards and two touchdowns to help Mater Dei take a 21-7 halftime lead over Servite in a Trinity League opener at Angel Stadium.
He has touchdown receptions of 73 and eight yards. Justin Allen has a 41-yard TD run.
Servite’s offense has struggled most of the night. Quarterback Travis Waller had a 69-yard run to set up a 13-yard scoring pass to Tate Beachley.
Orange Lutheran has a 22-0 lead over JSerra. St. John Bosco leads Santa Margarita, 28-12.
In the Serra League, Loyola leads Alemany, 14-10, at halftime.
