Football: Upland looks No. 1 in transfer students
- Share via
With potentially eight transfer students playing this fall, Upland’s football team could rank No. 1 in the transfer department.
That’s the total from a story by Clay Fowler of the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin.
So far, only one of the eight has been denied eligibility, and that was running back Jake Payton, a transfer from San Dimas who’s appealing.
Victor Valley was the previous school for three of the transfers.
Remember, last school year, there were nearly 15,000 transfers state-wide.
