Track: Adoree’ Jackson is disqualified at Division 4 prelims

Adoree’ Jackson of Gardena Serra, the state champion in the long jump as a sophomore and runner-up as a junior, won’t get a chance to compete as a senior.
At the Southern Section Division 4 track and field prelims on Saturday at Carpinteria, Jackson was disqualified for “illegal electronic communication.”
He was allegedly shown video from a device during the competition.
Jackson had jumped 23-7 1/2.
