Two-sport athlete John Jackson transfers from Mater Dei to Gardena Serra

John Jackson III, a promising two-sport athlete, has transferred from Santa Ana Mater Dei to Gardena Serra.
Jackson, a sophomore, played quarterback and receiver for Mater Dei. He’s also a top baseball player.
He is the son of the former USC receiver and TV commentator.
