Volleyball: Palisades’ Shane Stoklos is City Division I player of the year

Senior Shane Stoklos, who helped Palisades win the City Section championship, has been selected the Division I player of the year.
He’s the son of former beach volleyball great Randy Stoklos.
First-team All-City players include Palisades’ Vecas Lewin and Sam Sherman, Carson’s Noah Taitano, Jaden Misaalefua and Wellington Afusia, Granada Hills’ Drake Uthe and John Bedikian and El Camino Real’s Joey Ray.
Junior Harry Wynn of Taft was named the Division II player of the year.
Senior Alexis Diaz of Jordan was the Division III player of the year.
