Clippers All-Star point guard Chris Paul hasn’t played in a basketball game in 36 days, but he will play Sunday night when Los Angeles hosts the Philadelphia 76ers at Staples Center.
Paul has been out since Jan. 3, when he separated his right shoulder against the Dallas Mavericks.
The Clippers went 12-6 without Paul.
Blake Griffin and Jamal Crawford have elevated their games with Paul out.
Griffin has scored 25-plus points in 14 of the last 16 games for the Clippers, averaging 28.8 points a game over that span.
Crawford has scored 19-plus points in 12 of 13 games. He is averaging 18.4 points a game.
